He was predeceased by: his parents, George Walton Sewell, Sr. and Edna Morace Sewell; his brother Leon Sewell; and his grandsons, Cam Fairbanks and Jesse Sewell.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Barnett Sewell of Vidalia, LA; his children, Craig Walton Sewell (Penny) of Carencro, LA, George Rowdy Sewell (Marion) of Ruston, LA, Candy Fairbanks of Jonesville, LA, Sam Jones of Natchez, MS and Rhonda Jones Young (John) of Erath, LA; his grandchildren, Hunter Key (Sydney), Drew Perry (Dustin), Courtney Poore, Kaci Jones, Cheyenne Hunt, Cass Fairbanks, Conner Fairbanks, Rosemary Sewell, Francis Sewell, Juliette Sewell and Mary Michaela Sawyer (Ryan); and his sister Janice Sewell Spaht (Carlos). He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
