She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Neal and Viola Hawkins Neal. She is survived by: her children, Carol Armsted (Clarence) of Natchez, MS, Ernest Hooper (Doris) of Ferriday, Garderia Hooper (Jessica) of Ferriday, Floyd Hooper of Vidalia, Mary McDonald of Vidalia, Dwayne Hooper (Felicia) of Leesville, LA and Patricia Burgess of Gonzales, LA; her siblings, John Neal (Addie), James Neal and Savannah Neal of Baton Rouge, LA.; and her husband Edward Hooper.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 25th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Concordia Funeral Home (609 Alabama Ave, Ferriday, LA 71334). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Thomas Baptist Church.
