He is survived by: his children, Jack Rudolph Polk and Robin Polk; his stepchildren, Justin Lee Hughes (Angel), Cynthia Lynn LeMaster and Chastity M. Hammers; his grandchildren, Bobby Townsend, Brody LeMaster, Todd Tobara, Austin Hammers, Justin Hughes, Cheyenne Hughes, Savannah Hammers, Kayleigh Hammers, Ida Durrani, Bianca Polk, Fabeeha Durrani and Zoe Gower; and his great grandchildren, Rodney Townsend, Brandon Townsend, Dreagan Griffins, Khaliyah Hammers, Durrani Hammers, Ava Hammers and Laura Kay Hammers. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, families and friends.
