He was predeceased by: his son Kevin Seal; and his parents, Houston Hilton Seal Sr. and Elizabeth Seal. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Duncan Seal of Varnado La; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Seal, Malarie Jenkins and Coley Jenkins; his daughter-in-law Tonja Seal of Franklinton La; his sister-in-law Deborah Potter "Robert" of Bogalusa La; his sisters, Shirley Seal Gipson and Eunice Seal; and his niece Jessica Potter.
