He is survived by: his wife Hazel Rodrigue Ockman; his sons, Randy P. Ockman (Nancy) and Gary A. Ockman (Linda); his daughter-in-law Jean Ockman; and his grandchildren, Blaine Ockman, Nikki Ockman, Greg Ockman, Brent Ockman and Mark Ockman.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made to the Heart of Hospice organization.
