He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Katherine Webre; his parents, Pamphile Webre and Anna Marie "Noy" Becnel Webre; his parents-in-law, Hector and Enola Schaubhut Marcombe; his goddaughter Reasa Falgoust; and his siblings-in-law, Leslie Rodrigue, Robert Marcombe, Jean Morvant and Katherine Mayet.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Marcombe Webre; his children, Michelle Borne (Pitse) and Nathan Webre; his grandchildren, Anna Borne (Blaise), Andrea Borne (Alex), Noah and Drew Hotard; his great grandchildren, Kaius, Cassius Becnel and Remy Sims; his sister Antionette Kliebert Rodrigue; and his godsons, Roy Anthony Webre and Travis St. Pierre.
