It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virgia Hymel Waguespack of Vacherie, Louisiana, who passed away on May 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Adam T. Waguespack, Jr.; her parents, Albon Hymel and Fidelise Hymel; and her siblings, Burchman, Jerome, Albon Jr., Kenneth Hymel and Merilyn Kliebert.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Waguespack (Jeanne), Dale Waguespack (Helen), Brian Waguespack (Marcia), Susan Weidert (Chad), Paul Waguespack (Pam) and Sheila Holland (Mark Daigle); and her siblings, Harry Hymel, Ethel Mae Recatto, Judy Waguespack and Lynn Hymel. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
