She is survived by: her children, Wendell Kimball Octave, Karisue Nelson (Ricky), Willis (Billy), Lansing and Shannon Octave (Shantel); her brothers, Paul "Frank" Oubre, Huey Oubre, Patrick Oubre, John "Nicky" Oubre and Richard Oubre (Tammy); her stepsister Virgie Woods; and her siblings-in-law, Ruth Oubre and Arthur Octave (Delores). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
