She was predeceased by: her spouse Elmore Joseph Simon, Sr.; her son Charles J. Simon; her parents, Martha Marie Haas Faucheux and Ferducie J. Faucheux, Sr.; and her sisters, Maria F. Simon (late Nolan), Geraldine and Solange.
She is survived by: her children, Elmore J. Simon, Jr. (Kathy), Leroy G. Simon and Belle M. Tassin; her grandchildren, Sheri M. Sison, Lori M. Templet, Charles Simon, Todd Simon, Jeremy Simon, Brandon Simon and Kristin O'Rourke; and her siblings, George Faucheux (Louise), Ferducie J. Faucheux, Jr. and Paul Faucheux (Ouida). She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
