She was predeceased by: her husband Julius Blakeney; her parents, Felmon Philip and Pecular Philip; and her brothers, John T. Philip and Barney Philip.

She is survived by: her children, Monique, Stanford, Marvin, Edward Blakeney, Ardie Mohling (Eric) and Carlina Smith (Ronald); and her siblings, Doris, Rachel and Charles. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
