He was loved and cherished by many people including: his fiancée Brenda M. Williams; his daughter Latoya Thomas; his stepson Donavan Williams; his sister Sandra Robertson; his son-in-law Juawana Thomas; his grandchildren, Austin, Brea Johnson and Zaelyn Williams; his nieces and nephews, Cheyenne and Nigel Robertson; his parents, James Burrell, Sr. and Ethel Cutno Burrell; and his adoptive mother Emily Mae Williams.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (1244 Magnolia Heights St, Vacherie, LA 70090).
He loved to donate to all charities.
