He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian Williams, (Roussell) and Cornelius Williams, Sr.; and his siblings, Leroy, Allen, Jason Williams and Earlene Williams.
He is survived by: his sisters, Brenda Hawkins, Shirley Preston (Michael), Geneva Henry and Lois Smith (Sylvester); his wife Barbara Batiste Williams; his children, Jermaine, Courtney and Eboni Williams; his granddaughters, Shavoni Damitra Walters and Chelsei Gabriele Williams; his brother Cornelius, Jr.; his godson Dominic Williams; and also, Cornelius Williams, Jr. (Barbara), Leroy, Allen and Jason Williams.
