He is survived by: his children, Lambert Philip Sr. (Carla), Bervick Phillips Jr. (Gaynell Steib), DeLois Jackson (Jeffrey), Kimbralyn Phillips and Donna Phillips (Ronald Rainey Sr.). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; and 3 sisters.
