He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston A. Erwin and Constance Slaydon Erwin; and his siblings, Larry Erwin, John Lynn Erwin, Winston "Wimp" Erwin, Jr. and Judy Erwin.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Erwin; his children, Larry Erwin (Sandy) and Anglette Sparks (Jason); his stepson Dustin Willis; his siblings, Ricky Erwin (Debbie), Michael Charles Erwin, Jerry Erwin (Sandy) and Debbie Jeane; his siblings-in-law, Paul Bordelon and Delores Perkins (Tim); and his grandchildren, Sean Erwin (Breanna), Rylea Erwin, Memarie Cuske, Jewel Cuske, Tyler Teddlie, Desirce Teddlie, Brandon Crafts (Sarah) and Jace "Monkey Boy" Carraway.
