She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Douglas and Jennie Douglas; and her siblings, Shirley Douglas Harris, Margie Douglas Cruse, Jerry Wallace Douglas and Howard Leon Douglas.
She is survived by: her husband Lyndal Keen; her brother Roger Dale Douglas of Baltimore, MD; and her close friends, Joy Johnson, Sharon Williams and Joy Thomas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
