With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Curry Thrasher Sr. (Turkey Creek, Louisiana), who passed away on April 9, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Nell Russell Thrasher; his son Robert Lyn Thrasher; and his parents, Thomas Thrasher and Mary Holden Thrasher. He is survived by: his children, Gay Nell Johnson (Lannie) of Lecompte and John C. Thrasher, Jr. (Marilyn) of Forest Hill; his grandchildren, Truly Causey, Tina Roberts, Robert Thrasher, Brook Thrasher, Celenna Thrasher and Amber Thrasher; and his great grandchildren, Trevor Causey, Trayce Causey, Tucker Roberts, Mille Roberts and Tasha Thrasher.
