He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Carraway and Mary Carraway; and his brother Donald Carraway. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Carraway of Turkey Creek; his sons, Shane A. Carraway (Donna) of Marietta, GA, Travis C. Carraway (April) of Pine Prairie and Jessie T. Carraway of Port Allen; his stepchildren, Gwen Alwell (Steven) of Deville and Kyle Hebert (Christina) of California; and his siblings, Carl Carraway (Laura) of Pine Prairie and Sharon Chappell (Roy) of Turkey Creek. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
