It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harrell Hopkins of Tullos, Louisiana, born in Santa Monica, California, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelia Fern Harp Hopkins and Charles Glenn Hopkins; and his sister Evelyn Ourso. He is survived by: his close friend Pamela Sue Arnold; his children, Kristi Lynn Busby (Gary), Jessica Marlene Hopkins, Hanna Jolie Hopkins, Charles Joseph Hopkins, Robert Glen and Jon Ashley Ratcliff; his sisters, Diane Posey and Lendea Sparks; and his grandchildren, Kenneth Wayne Busby, Joseph Taylor Busby and Katelynn Elizabeth-Ann Busby.
