It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Diane Phelps of Tullos, Louisiana, who passed away on November 18, 2023, at the age of 52, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Phelps and Betty Strickland Phelps; and her sister Christina Phelps. She is survived by: her sisters, Charlotte Lee (Donald) of Tullos and Charmin Dodson (Danny) of London, Arkansas; and her nieces and nephews, Candice Phelps, Heather Smith, Ray Lee, Trinnity Hutzler, James Phelps and Dakota Phelps. She is also survived by 7 great nephews; 4 great nieces; and many other family and friends.
