He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Clyde "Pete" Hodnett and Margret Olive Lahey; his wife Jane; his brother Rev. Robert Ray Hodnett; and his sister-in-law Mary Hodnett.
He is survived by: his daughter Tara Talley (Mark); his grandchildren, Garrett Crooks and Leighton Crooks Elliott (Maika); his great grandchildren, Sawyer and Sutton Jo Elliott; his stepgrandchildren, Cole Talley and Clay Talley (Kylie); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Connor and Charli; his son Eric Richard; and his grandchildren, Ryne and Reid Richard.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Colfax United Methodist Church. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colfax Methodist Church. A burial will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at the Colfax Cemetery.
