He was predeceased by: his parents, Sterling Thomas Parker of Rockdale and Tissie Bell Wade of Rockdale; and his brothers, Sonny, Billy Joe and Cecil Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Anita Hammers Parker; his children, Preston Wallis Parker Jr. (Connie) of Lakehills, Robert Thomas Parker (Tammy) of Houston, Janice Marie Ainsworth (Danny) of Trout and Judith Annette East (Scott) of Spring; and his sister Artie Hope Parker Maresh (Otto) of Houston.
