He was predeceased by: his parents, John Tarver and Lillian Monroe; and his brother Ronnie Tarver. He is survived by: his wife Gail Tarver of Jena; and his daughters, Vickie Flaherty (James) of Trout, Rhonda Garrett (Michael) of Urania and Terrie Waits of Belah. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.
