James Justiss Jr. Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Justiss Jr. of Trout, Louisiana, who passed away on January 7, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. "Jick" Justiss and Wilma Augusta "Mac" Morphis Justiss; his siblings, Paula Justiss Maddox Ordoyne and Eddy Mac Justiss; and his son-in-law Cliff Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Jenna Fae Whatley Justiss; his children, Jennifer Justiss Williams Loe (Reggie) and James F. "Jim" Justiss, III (Donna); and his grandchildren, Amy Williams Kunkel (Matt), Adam J. Williams (Maggie), Emma Justiss, Walker Johnson and Richard Johnson.
There will be no visitation due to the recent rise in COVID cases.
James has served as Chairman of the American Cancer Society LaSalle Parish Fund, as Commissioner of the Tri-Parish Dixie Majors Baseball League, and is the founder of the Cliff Williams Memorial Foundation.
