It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chris Mayo (Trout, Louisiana), born in Jena, Louisiana, who passed away on October 24, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Mayo and Cora Graham; his son Jeromy Chad Mayo; and his siblings, Jerry Mayo and Thadean Floyd.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Smith Mayo; his children, Jarrod Clay Mayo of Jumping Gully, Caycee Roxanne Cannon of Deville and Chasity Mayo Cheramie (Vince) of Schriever; his sister Sue McAdams of Mississippi; and his grandsons, Josh, Samuel and Jack.
