He is survived by: his close friend Murtice Jordan; his son Joel Nealy of Jena; and his siblings, Earl Lloyd Nealy of Winnsboro, Joseph Phillip Nealy Jr. of Winnsboro and Pattie Kenney of Winnsboro. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and a host of nieces and nephews.
