He is survived by: his daughters, Debbie Johnston of Lake Providence, Louisiana and Leigh Anne McDonald of Transylvania, Louisiana; his grandchildren, Austin Fortenberry of Ft. Bragg, Max McDonald of Calvert City, Kentucky and Shelby Fortenberry of Chattanooga, Tennessee; his great grandchild Andrew Fortenberry of Ft.
