She is survived by: her husband Jesse Fulford, Jr. of Transylvania, Louisiana; her daughter Dianne Hattaway O'Neal; her son-in-law Bud O'Neal of Oak Grove, Louisiana; her stepchildren, Janet Sinclair (Mike) of Shreveport, Louisiana, Lannie Fulford of Winnsboro, Louisiana, Amelia Franklin (Billy) of Sondheimer, Louisiana, Ronnie Fulford (Sayra) of Smithville, Texas and Jesse Fulford III (Kelli) of Shreveport, Louisiana; and her sister Linda Bagbey of Lake Providence, Louisiana. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 27 great grandchildren.
