He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Waller Moore; his son-in-law Jeremy Moore of Shreveport, Louisiana; his son Glen Scott Waller Jr.; his daughter-in-law Jeana Waller of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his daughter Chasity Waller Harley; his son-in-law Frank Harley of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his stepdaughter Myra Gail Johnson of Oak Grove, Louisiana; and his sister Cathy Waller of Lewisville, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brother.
