Fortenberry, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Diann Fortenberry of Transylvania, Louisiana; her son Michael; her daughter-in-law Debbie Fortenberry of Transylvania, Louisiana; her sons, Johnny Fortenberry of Transylvania, Louisiana and Fount; her daughter-in-law Lisa Fortenberry of Natchitoches, Louisiana; her son Dennis; her daughters-in-law, Jennifer Fortenberry of Transylvania, Louisiana and Sandy Fortenberry of Forest, Louisiana; her sister Martha Jane Scott (Robert) of Branson, Missouri; her grandchildren, Lisa Bradford (Mike), Cindy McCurdy (Roy), Amy Sanders (Colt), Jon Michael Fortenberry (Paige), Jamie Fortenberry, Jessica Fortenberry (D. J.), Ronnie Fortenberry, Ashley Fortenberry, Josh Fortenberry, Caleb Fortenberry and Marie Clara Fortenberry; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Fortenberry, Cain McCurdy, Austin Sanders, Ramsey Bradford, Katy Fortenberry, Levi McCurdy, Michael Wayne Sanders, Phoenix Fortenberry, Ozzie Fortenberry, Grayson Fortenberry and Beckett Fortenberry.
