He was predeceased by: his former wife Muriel Maxine Lovell; his parents, James Washington Lovell and Louise Johns Lovell; and his siblings, Robert M. Lovell, Oscar Lovell, Ellis Lovell, Andy Jefferson Lovell, Audie Lovell Bryant and Annice Lovell Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Lou Pearson Lovell of Transylvania; his son Randy Lovell of Louisville; his daughter-in-law Winnie Lovell of Louisville; his great grandchildren, Alexander Pantke, Cameron Pantke and Alandra Pantke; and his stepchildren, Wanda Rushing Reed of Greenville, Melba Rushing King (Jerry) of Tallulah, Micheal Rushing (Donna) of Sulphur and Jimmy Ray Rushing (Charlene) of Richland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
