He is survived by: his daughter Tanya Simmons Ladner; his grandchildren, Brandon, Dillon Henderson and Cheyenne Andre; and his siblings, Steve Simmons (Laurie), Hilda Alexander (Laymon), Carol Simmons, Beverly McCool, Gloria Clark and Sandra Culwell (Jerry).
