He is survived by: his spouse Betty Douglas of Tioga; his sons, Jay Douglas of Pineville and Rocky Douglas of Pineville; his grandchildren, Clinton Blaine McKinney and Alayna Renee McKinney; and his great grandchild Haylee Leighann McKinney.
