He is survived by: his wife Dot Buckley of Tioga; his siblings, Jerry Buckley of Decatur, IL, Walter Buckley (Barbara) of Mattoon, IL, Margaret Ball of Ball and Vivian Best (Richard) of Retsil, Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Buckley of Decatur, IL., Elaine Theiss of Pineville, LA, Carol Martin of Rockledge, Florida and Harry Martin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
