He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Talbot and Nina Flowerree Talbot; his sisters, Rita Carrol and Sherry Vinson; and his son-in-law Joseph P. Gauthier.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Talbot; his children, Jonathan D. Talbot (Cathy), Jeremy D. Talbot (Candace), Nina Talbot and Venita Barton (Travis); his siblings, William Talbot (Carol), Larry Talbot (Tammy) and Hilda Ryder (Dale); and his close friend Ginger Johnson. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren.
