She is survived by: her sons, Paul Robertson (Mona) and Greg Robertson (Debbie); her grandchildren, James Robertson (Arwen), Melissa Gates (Earl), Brooke Lowe (Brad), Angela Silmon (Dusty) and Sarah Cagle; and her sister Bettye Dekyzer.
Billie graduated from Providence Academy and Charity Hospital School of Nursing New Orleans.
