He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Rumfola and Charles Norman Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Norman; his children, Debbie Flanagan (Steve), Billy Norman and Stormy Norman; his grandchildren, Jared, Stevie Flanagan (Bliss), Bailey, Abbey, Reese Norman and Zane Stevens; his great grandchildren, Logan, Tate, Levi and Jaxon Flanagan; his siblings, Leona Kinchen, Mabel Smith, Jackie Genco, Judy Covington, Charles Norman III (Daisy), Mona Milton (Wyman), Nancy Sparks and Lucille Whittington; and his daughter Margaret Norman.

Face masks are now mandatory to attend any visitation or service at the funeral home.
