He was predeceased by: his parents, Oswald Browning Johnson and Mae Etta Galender Johnson; his wife Kathleen Ann "Kathy" Delaune Johnson; his brothers, Bryan "Butch" Johnson and Clarence Johnson; and his nephew Brett Johnson.
He is survived by: his sons, Brad Johnson and Britt Johnson (Daronda); his brother Douglas Johnson (JoAnn); and his sisters-in-law, Annette Johnson and Cita Johnson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home (2000 N Morrison Blvd, Hammond, LA 70401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
