He is survived by: his wife Genevieve 'GiGi Cates Westmoreland; his daughter Kelly Leigh Westmoreland Vinyard (Amos Alton Vinyard); and his grandchildren, Alex Weston Vinyard, Kade Wyatt Vinyard and Kaylee Rose Vinyard.
