He is survived by: his wife Samantha; his children, Jonathan (Rachel), Jason, Jared, Jordan, Brian (Brandy) and Deedee (Leslie); and his grandchildren, Hannah, Emily, Kylie, Nathaniel, Aliyah, Ava, Jacob, Addie and Bella. He is also survived by his family and many, many friends.
