It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harold Cleon Banks of Tickfaw, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on July 7, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Banks, Jr. and Estelle Fendlason; and his stepfather Marvin "Red" Fendlason. He is survived by: his daughters, Angela Baudean (Bruce) and Haley Taylor (Travis); his brother Bruce Fendlason (Marie); his grandchildren, Brent, Kylie, Brock Baudean and Travis Taylor II; and his former wives, Frances Banks and Edna Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
