It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erwin Angus Dupont of Tickfaw, Louisiana, born in New Orleans, Louisiana, who passed away on September 9, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Erwin Angus leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Erwin Angus may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Jean Facio; his parents, Theodore Alfred Dupont, Sr. and Naomi Alicia Ansel; and his brother Theodore Alfred Dupont, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Deborah Oalmann (David), Donald (Lisa), David (Karen) and Darren; and his sister Elaine Dupont Kuhn. He is also survived by grandfather to his 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
