He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Newman and Charles Newman Sr.; his sister Debbie Ann Rogers; and his mother-in-law Gloria Foret. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Marie Ogima Newman; his daughters, Kacey Newman Vizcaya (Jose) and Heather Lynn Newman; his brother Derek Wayne Newman (Melanie); and his grandchildren, Jordan, Jasmine, Kingston, Khamille, Lilliana, Brian, Brayden and Mallory.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brandon G Thompson Funeral Home (12012 US-190, Hammond, LA 70401). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked donations be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
