He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Vicari Monteleone; his children, Gary Paul Monteleone, Chad Monteleone and Heather Monteleone; his grandchildren, Sandra, Jeffery, Sam, Harrison and Bryant; his great grandchild Kyrsten; and his brother Tommy Folks. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
