He was predeceased by: his parents, Angela Macaluso Musacchia and Anthony Peter Musacchia, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marie G. Musacchia; his children, Donna M. Lamartiniere (Mike) and Anthony P. Musacchia III (Shannon); his grandchildren, Michael W. Lamartiniere, Jr. (Danielle), Scott A. Lamartiniere, Hannah M. Moran (C. J.), Jude L. Musacchia, Tiffani M. Bonaccorso (Justin Rogers) and Briona E. Bonaccorso; his great grandchildren, Brycen J. Lamartiniere, Madelyn R. Lamartiniere and Brinley G. Moran; and his sister Frances Musacchia Banks. He is also survived by numerous Nephews, Nieces, and God Children.
