He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Mackey Sr. and Gloria Williams Mackey; his son David Alfred Mackey; and his brother Felix Mackey (Rose). He is survived by: his wife Paula Jo Carruthers Mackey; his daughters, Brandy Mackey, Nicole Mackey and Angela Mackey; his grandchildren, Nicolus and Alijah Mackey; and his siblings, Joseph W. Mackey, Chris Mackey (Jolene), Edward Turner and Grace Demolle (Minister Robert). He is also survived by 2 aunts, 3 uncles, as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
