He is survived by: his parents, Leroy Jenkins and Helen Jenkins; and his siblings, Kevin Jenkins (Michelle), Brenda Carter, Eva Annette Rigdell (Julius), Bruce Jenkins (Chee) and Gary Jenkins (Kelly). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
