Richard Arabie Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Arabie of Thibodaux, Louisiana, who passed away on August 3, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Arabie to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Arabie and Verly Arabie (Detillier); and his siblings, Dorothy Arabie Bollinger (Ralph) and Alvin Arabie. He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Hebert Vega (Patrick); his grandchildren, Bonnie Hebert Legnon (Andrew), Blaine Hebert, Caitlyn Vega Osborne (David) and Jacob Vega; his great grandchildren, Owen, Mason Legnon, Everett and Desmond Osborne; and his caregiver Shelley Sanders.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Bowie Volunteer Fire Company in Richard's name.
