He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Jim" Eugene Richard and Velma "Velou" Rita Doucet; and his in-laws, Preston Romero and Judith Yokley. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Romero Richard of Thibodaux, LA; his daughters, Courtney Ciulla (Carl) of Baton Rouge, LA and Kayla Bride (Patrick) of Gonzales, LA; his grandchildren, Kamdyn Richard, Kale Ciulla, Brayden Bride, Boyd Bride and Thomas Bride; and his brothers, James "Pug" Richard (Beryl), John Richard (Leslie), Philip Richard (Liz) and Patrick Richard (Charlene). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends and other beloved relatives.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Ordoyne Funeral Home (1489 St Patrick St, Thibodaux, LA 70301). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
