He is survived by: his wife Frances Brisco; his children, Tyrone Brisco (Marilyn) and Tiffany L. Brisco; and his siblings, Robert Brisco (Delisa), Lloyd Brisco (Sheena), Michelle Harris (Charles), Patricia Reed (Michael) and Nellie Williams. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
