We bid farewell to Neva Savoie Griffin of Thibodaux, Louisiana, born in Cut Off, Louisiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 2, 2025 at the age of 88. Neva Savoie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her former husband Edville Kieff, Jr.; her husband Harold; her parents, Clarence Savoie and Loridia Savoie; her son Rod Kieff; and her grandsons, Darby Cheramie and Clarence Kieff-Terrebonne.
She is survived by: her son John Kieff (Edwanna); her stepson Harold "Butch" Griffin, Jr. (Kristie); her grandchildren, Regan Kieff (Melanie), Jonathan Kieff (Coleen), Connor and Ella Griffin; her great grandchildren, Hailey, Nikki, Kylie, Avery, Abbi, Natalie, Brantley, Karisma, Lincoln, Kayne and Dory Ma Ree; her siblings, Barbara Hebert, Beverly Dufrene, Reba Adams, Raymond and Russell Danos; and her close friends, Earline Curole, Melvinia Bourgeois, Ester Duet, Mary, Roy Boudreaux, Nancy and Everett Landry.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Our Lady of the Rosary Church (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:15 PM at the Holy Rosary Cemetery (12911 E Main St, Larose, LA 70373).
